I've been a runner for as long as I can remember, and about a year ago I went looking for a new handheld water bottle. What I found instead was surprising: every option on the market was made of plastic.
My background is in finance and business, so naturally, I started digging. I researched the hydration market, talked to other runners, and looked into why no one had solved this. The more I looked, the clearer it became — this was a gap, not a preference.
That search became MAD PURE: a handheld running bottle built with no plastic anywhere in it. It's designed the way I always wished my own bottle worked — durable, clean, and built to last far longer than the plastic version, without leaching, without waste, and without compromise.
